It is likely that your administrator has not enabled Atlassian Intelligence on your site. Without AI activated, you will not be able to use the following capabilities or apps:

• Smart answers in Rovo Search
• Definitions
• Rovo Chat
• Rovo Agents

No one in your organization can see the specific searches you perform using Rovo Search.

No one in your organization can see the specific prompts you use with Rovo Chat and Agents, even if you use the built in conversation starters.

Rovo synchronizes with access controls and permission settings from connected third-party apps and your Atlassian apps. This helps ensure that users only see content they have access to.

We recommend you check the sources included with each response. Rovo Search and Chat typically provide links or references to the original documents, pages, or data sources used to generate the answer.

Rovo’s knowledge is as current as the data available in your connected sources. It reflects the latest information from your organization’s tools and content.

Currently Rovo does not have open web search capabilities but that is in active development, stay tuned.

Rovo Chat and Rovo Agents stores your previous messages and the answers you receive for 30 days so that you can retrieve your conversation history. If you wish to delete your Chat history sooner, you can initiate a deletion from within the Chat UI.
